Eleanor and Park is one of the best books I've ever read definitely something that is worth your time! It's so great because of the depth yet so heart-warming.

Technically we are YA, but most of us read everything!!! We have a buddy read section and you can suggests any book you like and 9 times out of 10 one of us will be on board to join!! It's towards the bottom of the page.Look forward to seeing you around!!

Uh oh! I don't know if I'm a good fit for the buddy read thing. Not that I've ever done it before.
I read fast, but read 4/5 books at a time ( unless I come across something really gripping) and DNF if there's something I don't like in the book. All this I'm thinking might not work while reading a book with a buddy.

Welcome Talltree, so glad you're here! Our Weekly Reads are all YA Contemporary Romance, but we allow all genres read for our challenges and as Barbara said we welcome all genres for our Buddy Reads.

Wow, you read 4 or 5 books at a time! I always read 2 books at a time. Usually two different genres, but if one catches my attention more, I will finish it up instead of going back and forth. I love to Buddy Read with others and will focus on only the one book during the BR. We all read at our own pace when reading together. Some finish a book in a day, others a week. We post any spoilers in spoiler tags, so everyone can read at their own rate. You should try one some time.

Welcome aboard Talltree. I think everyone answered your questions. Buddy reads are great because you read at pace you want and just post what chapter your talking about so we don't spoil anything but can chat with whoevers read it. Challenges are great, you can read WHATEVER you want. Random thoughts is good because you can vent about anything. You have fellow book lovers so chances are we can relate. So can't wait to get to know you.
