I've read and looking forward to discussions.
Ack! I guess I should have finished reading all my unread messages before posting. I read this last year (last Fall actually).
I read this at some point last year and REALLY enjoyed it.
I have read it and I LOVED it. I will gladly read it again. (It will probably be one of those books that I'll keep rereading every year.)
I read it and finished in January, I think.
I read it for another book club last year.
I read this book last year after hearing great reviews about it on other fantasy message boards. I was thoroughly impressed by the scope and pace of the story, it was really imaginative and I enjoyed it immensely :) Can't wait for the next book!

I read this book last spring, decided its one of my favorite books of all rime, and then reread parts of it in the summer. Can't wait for the discussions!

I read it last year, and remember it pretty well. I enjoyed it a fair amount.
Read it last year, Pat is an old school mate of mine from Wisconsin, when I saw he wrote it I figured I should read it. I enjoyed it, and thought it was one of the best first efforts I have seen.
I finished 'Wind" a couple of weeks ago and though I don't read much fantasy any more, I loved it.
I just finished it. All I can say at the moment is WOW.....
I read it a few months ago. It looks like I am in the minority, because while I liked it, I wasn't blown away by it. I do wish the next in series was out, though. I will definitely keep reading them.

I have read and will continue to read it again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again...You propably get the idea, and my opinion.
I have read it and really enjoyed it.
I read it about 6months ago and loved it. I'll probably do a re-read before the next one is out.
I checked it out from the library and read it last spring and loved it so much that I bought my own copy.
Read this long since, when it came out. The opening was amazing.

I just finished this last night, I LOVED the book. One of my favorites (if not THE favorite). Can't wait for the sequel :)I really liked the way he ended things though, I'm not just dying to continue or anything, just ready to continue the journey.
So glad you liked it Allison...but for me I didn't have your same love for the ending. I loved the book - but ending it where it did - hit a sour note for me. I really like books that "wrap up" between episodes.
yeah Robin, I get that. I guess since I read you guys talking about it I was expecting to be left hanging...if I hadn't had warning I might have been more upset about it.
Aye - certainly KNOWING you will be hanging will help quite a bit - I found out 1/2 way through and it did help to soften the blow
