Nominate books for October!

It's time to take nominations for the books you all would like to read as a monthly book for October. There are a lot of new dystopian and pa novels coming out that sound really amazing so I hope we get a lot of good nominations. As always...

1. Only one nomination per person, please!
2. Please be sure the book is YA and in either the dystopian or post-apocalyptic genre.
3. Please do not nominate subsequent books in a series if we haven't read the previous novel/novels as a monthly read.

Even though there are about five books that I'm dying to have as our monthly read, I think I gotta go with this one.

Because I freaking loved Enclave and have been looking forward to this sequel for a year!

I'm currently reading Enclave, but I'm also going to be reading Rage Within (Jeyn Roberts), so I'll nominate that one.

Sorry, Lorrie. The nomination can't be a sequel unless we've read the first book as a group. I'm pretty sure Dark Inside wasn't one of our monthly reads.

Sorry - I didn't check to see if Dark Inside was a monthly read! I guess since I'm nearly finished with Outpost (just noticed that I said I was currently reading Enclave right now - meant to say Outpost) I'll second your nomination :)

Angelfall by Susan Ee. Not sure if it's been recommended yet, but it's the best dystopian I've ever read. It's everything I wanted from the Hunger Games and more.

Under the Never Sky is my nomination. It was brilliant. Although there are some new books I want to read, I can never seem to get my hands on them quickly.

I just looked under the read bookshelf of the group and Dark Inside was one of the monthly reads! I'm excited to read the sequel. So I would also like to nominate Rage Within. Thanks!!

So, I'm not certain what's the best way to do this. I don't think Dark Inside was an actual official monthly book. Sometimes people add things to the bookshelf as read, but that doesn't speak for the whole group. Usually you can tell which are the proper ones because they'll show a start and finish date. I'd rather not put Rage Within into in line up without being sure, but we could put Dark Inside up for the vote instead. I know it's been nominated in the past, but hasn't won yet. Sound good?
