#7 both combined. Not surprised when they actually meant Special Edition, not specified on Amazon page or Amazon Look Inside.(The reordered edition apparently reordered some chapters that were in an appendix in other editions, same content)
#8 separated and left a librarian note about adaptation, not to recombine
Also moved Howard Colyer to primary author position, and added role Adapter.
(No solid evidence from Amazon/publisher/Worldcat for this edition, but based on what he writes. Also left a librarian note to indicate this.)
