Combining editions of a writer with many books

I want to add this greek edition http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/15... to this book here: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/30...

The problem is that since the writer has many books, the two editions I want to combine appear on different pages. When I select one and I change the page it gets deselected. I can't make them appear on the same page even if I use filters because the titles have different alphabets.

Is there a way to do this that I'm overlooking?

Someone recently had this problem and a more experienced librarian recommended adding something to the titles, like your initials or some such, filtering for that, and then removing them after.

I know, it sounds so obvious in hindsight, right! lol
