I wanted to see if I could use Adriana Trigiani for 5A. Here's the description of her TV work from her bio:

Among her many television credits, Adriana was a writer/producer on THE COSBY SHOW, A DIFFERENT WORLD and executive producer/head writer for CITY KIDS for Jim Henson Productions. Her Lifetime television special, GROWING UP FUNNY, garnered an Emmy nomination for Lily Tomlin.

In 1996, she wrote and directed the documentary film QUEENS OF THE BIG TIME. For #5, part B would the author Alexander McCall Smith work for the last name Smith? Since it is not hyphenated and I'm not sure if McCall is a last name or middle name I thought I would check.

If it's not hyphenated, then Smith is the last name (and of course, it would also work for "author using 3 names.")

That would be fine...as long as it's set in a location you have visited but have never lived in.
