Tower Team C: C Us Win!
According to an author interview I watched here on Goodreads, he isn't planning to do a sequel. I'm one of the folks who really liked this book, even though the ending wasn't what I expected.

Lisa Kay I actually read one more pick cover - message 1087 - That I finished reading yesterday :-D
Kinda just happen the reading of not 1 but 2 pick covers. We'll just have to see if I just happen to read any Red covers this week ;-)
Just check this month's TBR and I have 1 red, 1 purple, and 2 white covers. But one white cover is book 1 in a series with book 3 being the red. Im right now reading an extra book that has a red cover. Surprise, surprise. And I have a couple on stand bys or extras that have the color of the week. So I might get a few more books with the right cover in the right week. :-O

Yes, I finished
on the 8th but my computer was having problems and I haven't been on in a couple of days. I'm finishing up
hopefully tonight or tomorrow so I can start reading
for red cover week!

and keep saying eventually I will read the second one and haven't got to it yet LOL
Finally seem to be getting back into the swing of reading again after a busy couple of weeks. Read
yesterday so managed to get one red cover done already :) I also finished
but it took me several days to read it so I don't think that counts for the bookcover challenge.
Finished
and although that edition says it's over 170 pages my version was 147, so just a bit too short for this challenge. I think the next book in that series is too short by about 5 pages too, how rude of them :P
Finished Reading and it's a Red Dress on the cover :-D
Up next is Incarceron series
Which has 2 more Red cover ;-D

The paperback version (as long as it is NOT a Large Print edition) is acceptable to go by for page count, Jess. Go ahead and "tag" it with your bookshelf for this challenge.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Until I heard that interview with him, I thought there was a possibility of a sequel too.

Jayme VA wrote: "Sandy, what did you think of Rules of Civility?"Jayme, as I was reading it, I kept thinking I didn't like it very much. But when I was done, I gave it 4 stars. I really liked the setting (1930s New York)and historical aspects, but the characters weren't very likable and you just want to slap the main character!
Just finished
, really really good book. Also finished
, really really not a good book! I'm currently reading lots of books at once -
and
for buddy reads and several others as well. Making the most of the fact that I don't have much to do in the lab this week to catch up!
Lisa Kay wrote: "Sandy, glad to see you enjoyed DoS&B."Yes I did! I listened to about 3/4 of it. The narrator was so good! I want to read the next one, but waiting since book 3 won't be out until 2013.
Yeah, I feel the say way... but I do have #2 in both audio and Kindle... or maybe it is paperback. I'd best double check. LOL!
Vikki wrote: "Barbara - what did you think of Shadow Of Night?"I really liked it though it has a slow start and it kind of drags in the middle. Here's my review http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...
I have just started
. Haven't gotten too far into it yet and haven't had a lot of reading time. But hoping to get it read so I have one book for red week!

I loved the Life as We Knew It books and can't wait for the next one! Midu, I would not recommend skipping the second one and I'd read them all in order. For people who like audio, these were really well done.

Thanks for the info Sandy! I've wanted to read this book since it came out, but something has kept me from actually picking it up.
Finally finished the book I was reading now on to book 3 for the year :)
I'm so excited to get started on it!
Finished
. I just couldn't stand the heroine Mac, she ruined the book for me. Now reading
and starting
Just finished
not a red cover but I enjoyed it anyways. I got the second in the series
as an ARC copy from a local book store (they are naughty and sell their "not for sale" ARCs super cheap) so hoping to get to reading that before it is published officially March 1st. (sounds a bit too ambitious for me lol)That'll be after I start and finish reading
for my book club meeting near the start of March as well. eek.
