Love the recommendations.

I can't decide which one to read first. I'm going to prioritize the series books: Roberts, Kleypas and Ashley.

Wow Jane, great picks! I'm definitely planning on reading Lethal Rider and Fifty Shades Freed this month - they're already penciled in to my monthly challenge. Hopefully I'll have time to get through a few more before I run out of month because several of the others look really good too. The ones I don't have already are definitely going on my wishlist. Thanks!

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments You were so easy to pick for Karen - it was more a matter of choosing from the masses rather than finding a book that suited the categories :) Happy reading!

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments Sandy - I think I'll go with Archangel's Blade initially and try to fit in Ruthless Game as well. I want to have a go at Outlander but I know it is a doorstop and I don' think I'll have time this month... Thanks for the great picks!

Amanda | 46 comments Daffodil,
I hope you like your picks, and I also hope I didn’t screw it up by selecting books you’ve already read. If I picks books you’ve read let me know and I’ll re-pick. I’m thinking your interesting shelves and to buy shelves are ones you have not read but I could be wrong.

Baseball - From Their To-Read (or Similar Unread) Shelf:

Home Run: Predatory Game (Ghostwalkers, 6) by: Christine Feehan. It looks like you have a lot of her books on your shelves so I hope this is a good choice.

Field of Dreams: Be Mine Tonight by: Kathryn Smith

Clean Up Hitter: Lover Revealed (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #4)
byJ.R. Ward
World Series: In Bed With A Highlander (McCabe Trilogy #1)
byMaya Banks

Football - From Your Shelves or New to Them:

First and Goal: Divorced, Desperate and Delicious by: Christie Craig. This is one of my favorite Authors and she is a good pick if you like funny and corky kind of books. The second book was my favorite out of the series, but this one is also good.

Friday Night Lights: Fifty Shades of Grey by: E.L. James.

Touchdown: Dirty by: Megan Hart

Super Bowl: Virgin River by Robyn Carr. This is a series that was recommended to me and I have been following it ever since and fell in love with all the characters.
Predatory Game (GhostWalkers, #6) by Christine Feehan Be Mine Tonight (Brotherhood of Blood, #1) by Kathryn Smith Lover Revealed (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #4) by J.R. I'm glad it was easy for you! I just wish I was going to have enough time in September to read them all, but unfortunately I don't see that happening. I just haven't decided for sure which ones to read right away and which ones to add to the "can't wait to read" shelf! :)

Thanks Amanda!

I've requested Divorced, Desperate and Delicious (Divorced, #1) by Christie Craig & Virgin River (Virgin River, #1) by Robyn Carr from the library. I'm probably also going to try Be Mine Tonight (Brotherhood of Blood, #1) by Kathryn Smith & Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades, #1) by E.L. James . I'm also trying to decide what to do about the Feehan and Ward series. It's been so long since I stopped reading either of them, I almost feel like I need to reread the first books in the series before moving on. I may choose one of those as a project for this month. LOL.

Baseball
1. Homerun Low Pressure by Sandra Brown. You've read quite a few of her books and you tend to rate them highly, so hopefully you'll enjoy this one as well.
2. Field of Dreams: The Royal Treatment by MaryJanice Davidson. This book is set in a silly parallel universe of Alaska. It's a cute and quick read that I really enjoyed.
3. Clean Up Hitter: Willow Springs by Toni Blake. You've enjoyed this series thus far! I don't think I really enjoyed this book as much, but it is still great to return to that little town.
4. World Series: The Name of the Star by Maureen Johnson. This one takes place in London. And honestly, it was the only book I could find outside of the US so hopefully you'll like it! ;)

Low Pressure by Sandra Brown The Royal Treatment (Alaskan Royal Family, #1) by MaryJanice Davidson Willow Springs (Destiny, #5) by Toni Blake The Name of the Star (Shades of London, #1) by Maureen Johnson

Football
1. First and Goal Mystery Man by Kristen Ashley. You like a lot of mystery and contemporary romance from what I've seen. Kristen Ashley has it all. I picked this book up on a whim and could not put it down. She's a great author that few seem to know about.
2. Friday Night Lights: The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Even if this book doesn't seem to be your cup of tea, you should give it a try. These are really well written books that draw you right in. I didn't think I'd like it when I began reading, but they are now staples on my shelf at home.
3. Touchdown: Mr. Perfect by Linda Howard. This is a great book with a lot of mystery and intrigue. It's a qucik read, because you won't want to put it down.
4. Super Bowl: Blackberry Summer by RaeAnne Thayne. This is similar to the Virgin River. It's a sweet read that will keep you smiling through it!

Mystery Man (Dream Man, #1) by Kristen Ashley The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1) by Suzanne Collins Mr. Perfect by Linda Howard Blackberry Summer (Hope's Crossing #1) by RaeAnne Thayne
