Her article publication credits include Writing to Inspire, MBT’s Weekly Spark, and Howe Enterprise. Her copyediting and proofreading career began in 2013, and the books she’s worked on have finaled or won nearly twenty awards. Her teleplay Sweethaven Harbor: Fresh Start earned a nomination for “Best Role Written for a Leading Man” and became a quarterfinalist in the 2016-17 Fresh Voices Screenplay Competition. One of her screenplays received this commendation from a contest judge: “This character would challenge an actress straight through the awards season.” When she isn’t writing or spending time with her family, her favorite thing to do is curl up with a cup of hot cocoa and a book, which she claims as research as she continues to hone her craft by studying books her author friends have published.
