I worked in a library for many years as a children's storyteller and regular staff member. I had a change of career in 2015 and left the library. I currently work as a volunteer at a therapy horseback riding facility. I find it is a nice change for me being outdoors and and being around the animals.
I was in a book club in my library but I quit. I found people talk at the same time a lot and that is hard for me. Joining an internet book club has helped me discuss books in a nonthreatening way.
