My way of dealing with the stress and pressures of the day is to turn on Spotify music and read. I still go to the library to check out books, but my main source of reading material is through my Kindle. Another source which has a great selection of books (in hard cover) is St. Vincent Depaul and Goodwill. It's surprising what can be found there. Books that I think are worth reading more than once, I will purchase, especially if it comes at a bargain price.
My idea of the perfect day is cooking outdoors for my friends and family on a cool summer evening under the stars with music in the background, and a fire to gather around. Life just does not get any better than that. ...more
