some sci-fi dystopian books. I don't mean the Hungers Games, Divergent, and Gone brand of dystopia, but something more like "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sleep", "A Scanner Darkly" the first Robocop movie, or "Judge Dredd" (the comic books and the 2some sci-fi dystopian books. Also try avoiding anything to obvious like 1984, more so because that's not really what I'm looking for.
I want moral ambiguity, I want the heroes to do questionable things. I want the villains to be0 humanized. I would like for them to face an entity or force rather than a clearly defined villain/last-boss. I don't want the generic "goody underdog rebels vs the big evil empire" where all the evils and corruption of the world are the product of one guy, or he is the embodiment of them, and then the good guys win when they kill him. It doesn't necessary have to have everything in my "wish list", but I hoped that I have portrayed to you what it is that I am looking for....more
