I recently got into the Aubrey/Maturin books and am already obsessed. I also really love nonfiction, especially science and history. The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down should be required reading for everyone ever, and Endurance by Alfred Lansing is perfection. And I collect Annual World's Best Science Fiction anthologies.
My main goal in life is to find out as much as I can about absolutely everything conceivable. This has occasionally gotten me in trouble, like the time I ate a sheep eyeball because I just HAD to know what they tasted like. Spoiler alert: they taste not good....more
