No. It's a full novel. But I can see why you ask this question, with the cover looking much like a graphic novel would.

I wondered the exact same thing. I never fully realised before now that most graphic novels have a distinctive "graphic novel" cover design.

Unfortunately no. I was told it was and got it from the library only to discover it wasn't lol. I think it's still worth a read unless you really want art to go along. If so, you can skip it.
