I'm reading the Kindle version I got from Amazon.com but finding it weird that Katie/Cat mentions her "bangs" quite a bit. Is this in the US version only? Does the UK version refer to her fringe? (I'm not asking about the meaning, just whether the UK version is different.)

I'm an American, and fringe would not have been a problem for me. I actually wish editors wouldn't change anything for the American version, because I love the differences, they are so interesting! I have a British friend who I always ask if I have a question, but google is also an option :) (less)
