Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

My most recent book "Finding Your Center: Explorations In Philosophy, New Physics And Eastern Mysticism" was based on many years of research focused on the importance of being centered as a way to put your best step forward in life. Also, I've found the mind expanding experience of studying comparative thought from a multi-disciplinary perspective to be enlightening. I wanted to share all of this with my readers.
