Anna asked this question about The Nightingale:
This has been bugging me since I read the book (and sorry if it's already been asked): The family's last name is Rossignol. That's French for "Nightingale" -- doesn't that make "Nightingale" the worst code name in history? Am I missing something? Example: when the dad tries to save Isabelle by shouting, "I am the Nightingale!" He's literally saying, "Je suis la Rossignol!" He's shouting his own last name.
Rebekah I wondered the same thing! Seemed like a fairly big blunder.
