I love my Partholon books! Yes, you're correct. There should be a third book. I outlined it and have been ready to write it for about a decade or so now. But as writing is my job (rather than a hobby) I must write what publishers contract me to write, and Harlequin did not put me under contract for CIARA'S DESTINY. It breaks my heart, too...
