There's a lot going on so I think 13+. But if you're planning to have a discussion about grief and death with your child as they read, 10+ should be okay. Be mindful there is some "foul" language, scenes of drinking, a sex scene (not overly explicit), and teen romance.

I'd say 12-18ish and up, for those older that are inclined to read YA.
