I just finished Because You'll Never Meet Me, and I fell in love with Ollie and Mortiz. I will hopefully be getting Nowhere Near Me soon also. It was a beautiful novel and I think you did a amazing job. I have two questions for you. One, where did you get the idea for Because You'll Never Meet Me, and two, will this book ever hit the big screen and become a movie? (Please tell me yes!)

1. I was living abroad and feeling homesick when I started writing this book.
I was thinking a lot about how we rely on technology to communicate, and how lonely the world might be without that crutch.
2. We haven't sold the movie rights to the book, and alas, I doubt we ever will! So it goes...

Sorry to bother again but do you have any particular references/pictures for Moritz and Ollie's character design? My friends and I have made concept arts but we can't choose one haha and we really wanna get the cosplays done for Anime Detour (Its more of a giant mixing bowl of books games and anime and shows). It's fine if you don't have time I was just curious thank you so much!
