Wow. That's a tough one. But if I had to choose, I'd definitely say Jane Eyre and Edward Rochester. I adore the stories of love crossing all boundaries where class and society mean nothing when our hero and heroine fall for each other. Jane is the overlooked governess who has an inner strength and beauty that outclasses every privileged lady of the gentry in the story. And Edward dismisses all of society's rules (and laws, for that matter) to take Jane for his own.
Also, I am maddeningly obsessive over the dark, brooding, and temperamental hero, especially those who can be witty, charming and a bit sarcastic as well. This is the exact definition of Edward Rochester. He's the perfect imperfect hero, in my opinion. ;)

Hi there! I just read Wolf Gone Wild and am desperate for more of this style of storytelling to hold me over until the next one comes out! Do any of your other works have similar character interactions (humorous without being corny) or are they darker/heavier in nature (basing this assumption on the difference in cover styles)?
