Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?

Veronica Blake I have so many, it's hard to pick just one. But, the couple that stands out most in my mind are from a Rosemary Rogers book entitled Sweet Savage Love. Virginia (Ginny) Brandon and Steve Morgan were so passionate, raw and full of spirit. They overcame so many obstacles to be together and they were the reason I wanted to start writing my own stories with strong and fiery heroes and heroines. I re-read their first love scene (they were under a covered wagon and it was so sensual) at least once a year since I first read it in 1974. I would say they made quite an impression on me.
