I love Venetia and Damerel from the Georgette Heyer novel Venetia. She is just so practical and straight, and he is so volatile and wicked :-) The thing I love the most is that Venetia just accepts what he is like - and they don't have to change their personalities to be with each other (just a few slight behavioural adjustments ;-) )
