Actually, I had written down a whole lot of ideas and dreams over the years in Evernote and when I sat down to write chapter 1, I started copying out my dreams and one struck me - the intersection of two men and one woman. I gave them names: Gramble, Samuel and Zoe and they each came alive for me.
