How do Mitch Rapp fans feel about the Kyle Mills books as opposed to the Vince Flynn ones. Jury is still out for me. I know he has to take subtle changes in direction to make the Rapp series his own but???

I was devastated by the loss of Vince Flynn and I'm grateful to Kyle Mills for continuing the character. But Mitch Rapp feels different to me. He's not the same guy. He's more aggressive and less -- hmm, intelligent? I don't know, he just feels different. He speaks with a different tone; he's less patient with people. But even with all that said, I'll continue to purchase the books and read them. A different Mitch Rapp is better than no Mitch Rapp at all. (less)
