Crystal
Crystal asked Kristan Higgins:

How did you come up with the idea for On Second Thought?

Kristan Higgins Well, that's kind of a long answer...any chance you'll make it to my book store stops? I plan to talk about that.

Lakauz
Lakauz asked Kristan Higgins:

Dear Kristan, I really loved the Blue Heron novels as well as the individual books and am happy to recommend them to our library patrons. One of the standouts is the relationships between the female characters with the heroine, supportive rather than competitive. Was exploring the relationships of sisters in your most recent novels, (with their emotional baggage and shared memories), easier or more difficult to write?

Geri Gear
Geri Gear asked Kristan Higgins:

Kristanna, When did you know you wanted to be a writer? And have you ever had a book rejected?

Ana
Ana asked Kristan Higgins:

Hi Kristan! I have always wondered if you begin your books knowing already how they are going to end? Or do you let the ending kind of take shape as you write? (I always had trouble ending my stories!)
