What do you do when you hit a brick wall and cannot think of anything to write that will advance your current book?

Elle Kennedy I’m very lucky that I don’t really encounter this problem very often when I’m writing – I tend to have a pretty good outline for my stories so it’s really just expanding on it. Worst case scenario, if I have trouble coming up with something I like I just walk away for a bit and try to clear my head doing something I enjoy. Usually the right idea will come to me once I stop trying to figure it out :)
