Hi Elle, your books got me seriously hooked on ice hockey& hockey players, to the point, I was Googling everything hockey.Even checking games results and hot as puck players'. Now..you have to tell me which one were your inspiration behind the boys of the off campus book series - Garrett, Logan, Dean(love him) and Tucker and the rest of them from Briar U books, as I noticed you do follow few of them on social media?
Elle Kennedy When I was writing Summer’s character in The Score, I knew I wanted to write more for her. And once I knew I was writing Summer’s book, I tried to picture what her friends would be like, or what kind of friends she needed. And that’s how I came up with Brenna. And once I decided Brenna was getting her own book, I knew she needed a hero who could hold his own against a badass heroine!
I really enjoyed Hunter's book but was wondering why we didn't get to see Nate or Tuck, because in previous books, they seemed to be pretty good friends with Hunter. Also, I really missed seeing Nate and Weston because they were both awesome characters from the last book. Will we ever see them in the future?
Elle Kennedy Unfortunately, there’s only so much room in a book for storyline, romance, background characters, etc – so if it’s not something that contributes to or moves the storyline along, I sometimes have to sacrifice including certain characters. Hunter and Tuck weren’t too close, though. Hunter and Dean were the closer pair, which is why I chose to include lots and lots of Dean in the book!
I feel like you should write a book about Hollis and Rupi of how their love started and about their marriage and also another book about Connor, because i absolutely loved the off-campus and briar U series, and i assume that many people would love more books about the others as well, this isnt a question but yea?
Hey! I really really really loved The Chase, I think I can safely say that it is my favorite book of all time! I absolutely loved Summer, I had never related to a character as I much as I did with her! I'm also a huge fan of your Off-Campus series, thank you so much for sharing your talent with the world! Now my question is, will there be more books about hockey players or sports players in general?
Hi, Elle! I just finished reading The Play. Loved Demi and Hunter. I understand that there won’t be a full-length Hollis-Rupi book, but have you entertained the idea of writing a novella about them? I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who would love that. And if you’re writing another Briar U book, I’m feeling it’s going to be Conor. Is it? Thank you, Elle for once again bringing characters with depth to life. Love u
Elle Kennedy My heroines have varying degrees of sexual experience, from virgins to those who unapologetically enjoy having a good time. I try to promote sexual positivity in my books, so hopefully readers can relate to the characters no matter what their level of sexual experience is.
Elle Kennedy I don't have any immediate plans to do a box set, but if I do, my newsletter would be the first place I would announce it. The black and white covers with the male abs on them are currently out of print. I hold a sale once a year of them through my website, but they can't be purchased at any retailer.
