Hi Renee! I discovered you last year and you've become one of my favorite authors. I love the fact that your storylines aren't the standard, cliche, predictable ones like many other writers AND in New York! It's different and interesting and I love it. But my question is, how do you manage to deviate from the predictable norm that most authors do? What inspires you?

Have you ever considered setting the action of your book somewhere in Europe? London, Paris, Rome. This would be such a lovely thing to do. Also, I was wondering - do you always go for happy endings? Life isn't always so optimistic and "Before We Were Stragers" main characters could be less lucky in real life :(
