I have read only a couple of your Masie Dobbs books so far but I have thoroughly enjoyed them and look forward to reading more. I am curious how you generate the ideas for the next book? After writing several, how did the ideas kept coming?

When you write about Maisie travelling through London or further afield, do you go back there to walk the route, or is it all from your memory? Also, how did you come up with the name 'Maisie Dobbs'?
