Janice
Janice asked Christine Feehan:

Someone, once, tried to convince me that jaguars lived in Africa-- I knew that was false, but I also know it's true that jaguars used to live in the American Southwest, as well as Florida...and researchers have bee trying to find one. I ...was...rather amused at the thought of your leopard people living in the United States. Do they live in Canada, Alaska, or the polar regions, as well?

Christine Feehan I heard that someone spotted a Jaguar in Texas a couple of years ago. And of course Jaguars and Leopards are not the same.
I've traveled to Canada and Alaska to research so it's always possible I'll include those area, but likely no the polar regions.
