Hanna
Hanna asked Hailey Rose:

Since you wrote a book based on real people, you obviously have facts in there. But you also have a story that you've created. If you discovered that you had scene/fact that definitely didn't happen or was not, would you change it? Would you only edit it if it was major?

Hailey Rose In The Old River Road, I took very few creative liberties while crafting Clara and William's story. In some ways, I wish I had given myself permission to loosen up and enjoy the story I was telling without getting caught up in wondering whether details were 100% truthful or not. I've made the decision not to change the story, even if I discover something I said was inaccurate. If the inaccuracy is going to harm someone, then I will certainly change it. If I decide in later years to re-write the series, the perhaps I will change some things. I don't know. :) .
