Hi Arlene,
My own love story with my husband inspired me to write Dare You To.
When I was a teen, I wanted to become a family court judge so I could right every wrong in the neighborhood I grew up in.
I'm not sure where I'll be in five years. I've learned that life can change rapidly and never in the direction you think it will. I've learned just to hold on and enjoy the ride!

First, I would like to tell you that I am a huge fan of the Pushing the Limits series. I have had an interest in writing essays since I was 13 and as I grew I developed an interest in writing stories. My question is, what is your advice to young writers who are still trying to find themselves in terms of their writing style? And to those who doubt that they have it in them to write something good?
