She looked like "a good time girl who was way past her prime". Overweight and, I suspect, always drinking. She had a poolside apartment and guys were always visiting her.
I knew her reputation and stayed away, but she was rather fascinating to watch. I was only in that apartment complex for about 3 months. It was a bit too wild for me, especially after the police conducted a drug raid on one of the lower units.
