I'm a huge fan of the False prince series and a night divided and I was wondering if you do make a movie on the false prince that there going to make a movie for the runaway King and the shadow throne? I was also wondering if there is going to be a movie on A Night Divided?

Jennifer A. Nielsen Hi Miranda! The screenplay is being written to set up future movies in the Ascendance Trilogy, but they will only made additional movies if The False Prince is well reviewed and does well at the box office.

There are no current plans to make A Night Divided movie. It would depend on a studio getting interest in it and approaching me for the rights. But perhaps one day...

In The Shadow Throne there is a good amount of battle. I think a lot of the attack strategies are very unique and original. How do you come up with new battle strategies when writing? Are they inspired by real attacks and real wars?
