Ooh, such a hard question. I have a few faves. Of course, anyone who knows me knows that The Outsiders has a special place in my heart, because it kickstarted my love of books when I was 11 years old. Since then, I've read A LOT, but the few that stay in my memory are The Princess Bride but William Goldman, and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. I also adored Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor.
