Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Kristin Rath I kept hearing people say that they wanted to make a change in their life. They felt they were meant for something more but weren't sure what or how to get there. I had dealt with the same feeling of knowing there was a purpose I was missing, so I understood the frustration and saw there was a need for a guide in how to live one's best life. If I could help even one person with my book to be inspired, empowered, and galvanized to go for their Big Dream Life and achieve it...all I had ever been through would be worth it.
