Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Elly Blake Frostblood came about because I had a dream about a girl with the power over fire and a king with an icy heart. Also, I had watched Avatar: the Last Airbender a few months before and I'm sure that elemental magic was kicking around in my mind because of that! :)
