I dreamed about writing a book since the time I was 14, but I didn't actually think I could do it. I was never one of those people who wrote compulsively, and I thought that meant I wasn't destined to be a writer. It was much later when I found the courage to start even learning about writing, and trying to write a little. And of course, writing is addictive and I couldn't stop!
