Have you ever written fanfiction? Have you ever read any fanfiction of your books? If so, did you like the ideas or not so much? P.S. I love KEEPER and I'm making my best friend read it. Shannon Messenger I haven't written fanfiction, mostly because my favorite part of writing is creating my own world and getting to know my own characters, so I don't generally feel inspired by other author's creations. And I never read fanfiction of my own series, for lots of complicated legal reasons--but I'm so honored to know readers are creating it and I hope they're having fun playing around in my world.

I don't know if I already asked this but do you ever do events outside of the California area? I live in the mid-north and I was wondering because I often times see you doing events on the east coast. Is there any chance you'd be able to do events anywhere else?
