A True Reader Love
A True Reader Love asked Alwyn Hamilton:

Hi I am writing a book on a website called Wattpad and would like to publish it. How can we go about a literacy agent? A lot of people like my story- I went to stardom in a week. It would be nice to have a copy of mine in book format! Also, if I were to write a fantasy novel, should I make it in first person or third person point of view? Thanks for taking the time to read my question!!! :)

Alwyn Hamilton Hi, congrats on writing a book! The best way to go about looking into Literary Agencies is to look in the back of books that you love, or that you think are comparable to yours, at the acknowledgements, to find out who those authors' agents are. All agents have a website, so a quick google should guide you to those, and they will tell you their requirement for submitting to them. A lot of these agencies have blogs too which have advice on how to write query letters (Query Shark is particularly good for this) and the dos and don'ts of submitting. A lot of authors have advice about this as well, or examples of their query letters online. It's worth nothing though, that most agents will not consider a book until it is finished, so if you are still writing the book, you're probably best off completing it and then submitting it.

As for the first or third person, it's entirely up to you and what you feel your story needs. I wrote REBEL in first person because it came naturally to be in Amani's point of view, but every story is different.
