What is your favorite character in the Rebel of the Sands novel and which one is most like you?

Alwyn Hamilton So hard to pick a favourite character! I love writing from Amani's POV and that she pulls the story forwards. But when asked about fave, Shazad always springs to mind quite quickly. There's also a character in book 2 who I enjoyed writing FAR too much.

Shazad is also the most superficially like me. I mean our personalities are not necessarily similar but she she's also an older sister to a younger brother, she has a stable family and had a safe normal upbringing, compared to a lot of the other characters...
