Thank you so much for your writing. So many authors assume that they can write historically inaccurate books, but as an avid history learner, I appreciate the facts that your books are delightfully historically accurate. Where do you research the historical facts?

Melanie Dickerson Hi, Kathryn! Thank you! I research by using a variety of sources. I have been researching Medieval Europe for years, so I have a pretty good knowledge base, having read a lot of books, but I also search the internet for facts as I write and plot. There's so much great info that's easily accessible these days. Thankfully! And though I am relatively new at writing books set in the Regency England setting, I try really hard to get my facts straight. I'm sure I make a few mistakes here and there, but I really try to research diligently. I just recently bought a book on Regency spies that is helping me a lot with my third book in that series. Just want to say thanks! Thank you for making CLEAN stories that involve God! It seems it is harder to find clean books without violence, sex or language - your books are wonderful that way! I really enjoy your books. I especially love the series with Hamlin's family. I love seeing characters I love from past books show up again in other books!
