Hi! I really liked your Delirium trilogy. It was one the best series I've read! So, I want to write my own novel someday. I wanted to how do you develop imagery or figurative language while writing and how do manage your time to write?

Hi Santiva,
Thank you so much. Awesome that you want to write a novel someday! I think the best way to hone your voice, including your particular use of figurative language, is to pay close attention during your day-to-day activities about how you might choose to describe a certain event, natural landscape, or person. I used to carry around a notebook and jot down descriptors of what I saw and experienced.
In terms of finding time to write...I just really try and make it my top priority. I started getting up earlier so that I could do all my writing before the work day begins at 9 a.m. I find that if I prioritize it first, it happens. If I wait and delay, however, the day gets away from me.
I hope that helps!

What happened after Sam died? How long after the crash did she live? Did Kent ever get over Sam and did he ever get married? Who did he get married to? What did Juliet do? Did Sam actually save Juliet's life? Why did it save Juliet's life? WHY DID SHE HAVE TO DIE! **tearful eyes** I loved your book!

I have to ask, will there be a 4th installment of the Delirium series? I would love a look into their future, into the future of our country, of our stance against the 'cure'. There is just so much that goes on in those three books with so many different characters. I would love to see how they developed in the future. If you do, I kindly request that Sarah Drew do the audio again.
