One of my favourite series has to be Alice in zombie land, what was you inspiration in writing it? And which character grew on you the most?

I had the title first, and plotted the entire book from there. When it came to the zombies, however, my inspiration was a scripture. "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." I wanted to write about spirit fighting spirit.
The character who grew on me the most has to be...Kat. I loved her from the beginning, but every time she stepped onto the page, I fell harder for her :) She reminds me so much of my sisters.
