Gena Showalter I had an idea about an immortal male dying one night only to awaken the next morning knowing he had to die again, but I put the idea on the back burner. I wasn't sure what to do with it. Then came contract time, and I HAD to give my publisher an idea or I wouldn't be selling a book. So I pitched the above to my agent and she said what I suspected: You need more. So I sat down and played the What If and Why game. What if this happens? What i that happens? WHY do those things happen? Lords of the Underworld was born :)
