Hello! I've heard that when writing a book, many authors start writing at different places, like somewhere in the middle, instead of starting at the beginning of the book. Then they do the beginning last. What order do you write in?

I've always written from beginning to end. However, I'm fascinated by authors who write their stories out of order. One day I'd like to try it, just for fun. :)
