Michael Grant It's a bit disturbing. As a father myself I do occasionally point out that there's a big difference between a 'bad boy' and an 'evil boy.'

Did you carefully plan out most of what was going to happen when you're writing the Gone novels, or did you mostly made up the story as you went along?
