I'm curious about a lot of the phsycological standpoints in your books, seeing as the human mind is a very interesting topic for me. How much research goes into the mind state of characters (i.e. Caine and Drake)?

Michael Grant None, I'm afraid. All the crazy comes from me. And yet I'm a perfectly nice guy in real life. I don't commit more than one gruesome murder per year.
