Janice
Janice asked Christine Feehan:

I know that the Carpathians seem to be unable to eat human foods, or drink human drinks. How might their digestive system be different from humans? I know that when a human is "converted" their internal organs are remolded into the Carpathian organs, but I have wondered about the differences between the humans's internal organs, and the Carpathians's.

Christine Feehan I don't go very deep into the science of it, preferring to explain that they are a different race of people, born with their own physiology and needs.
